My Story
I’m a mother of four, a wife, an entrepreneur, a nail artist, and a woman who has had to learn how to believe that her life could become something different from what she came from.
My story hasn’t always been pretty.
I’ve experienced homelessness, financial instability, generational trauma, and the reality of growing up with a parent who struggled with addiction. I’ve walked through seasons that could have easily convinced me that my circumstances were the ceiling of what my life could become.
I’ve also faced my own mental health struggles, including PTSD and postpartum depression. I’ve had to navigate the complexities of motherhood and co-parenting while simultaneously learning how to take care of myself, rebuild my confidence, and become the woman I wanted my children to see.
For a long time, I carried a victim mentality. Not because what happened to me wasn’t real, but because I had spent so much of my life surviving that I didn’t know how to imagine anything beyond survival.
Then something began to change.
I started realizing that my past could explain me without having to define me.
I became intentional about healing, growing, taking accountability for my life, and stepping outside of the comfort zone that had kept me playing small. I started taking chances on myself - even when I was afraid, even when I didn't have everything figured out, and even when failure felt like a very real possibility.
My marriage is part of that story too. What was once broken became something we chose to rebuild, and today I am grateful to experience what a healthy, restored marriage can look like.
Most importantly, my relationship with God became a foundation for the woman I am becoming. Being saved changed the way I see my past, my purpose, and my future. I no longer believe that the things I survived were the end of my story.
They were part of it.
And now, in my 30s, I’m finally giving life to passions I’ve carried since I was a little girl.
I’m building my own business. I’m exploring new things that challenge me. I’m becoming stronger physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. I’m learning to trust myself, take up space, and pursue the things that once felt too big or too unrealistic for someone with my story.
I’m not sharing my life because I have it all figured out.
I’m sharing it because I know what it feels like to wonder if your circumstances will ever change.
I know what it feels like to start over.
And I know what it feels like to realize that you can become someone your younger self never thought was possible.
This is my season of becoming.
Not perfect. Not finished. But intentional.
And if sharing my story helps another woman believe that she can rewrite hers too, then every part of the journey is worth sharing.
What I'm About
Faith
I'm learning to trust God in every season of my life - even when I don't understand what He's doing or have everything figured out.
Strength
I'm learning that strength is more than what my body can do. It's discipline, resilience, confidence, and continuing to show up when things get hard.
Growth
I'm embracing the process of becoming. I don't have everything figured out, and I'm okay with learning, changing, and growing along the way.
I want to create a space where women feel seen, understood, and less alone - a place where we can share our stories, support one another, and know we aren't the only ones navigating life's hard seasons.
